"Ruby Tuesday" Breathtaking Red Max Sabino Quality Reg. Gypsy Mare 13.2. DOB June 13, 2011

Trained to Ride English/Western and trained to Drive.

(Simon X Ruby Slippers a Romeo daughter)

This girl is in your pocket, gentle sweetheart, loves attention. Heavy in feather, very long thick mane, forelock and tail! She is truly a stunning mover, great conformation, wide chest, good bone. She has had one gorgeous foal AI to Sir Keith  in 2015 born in 2016 (Shakira a palomino silver dapple sabino also for sale), foaled without a hitch, terrific mother. She was very generous with her sabino gene, that beautiful head and hair/feather to her first filly.

This is truly a dreamy mare!

Offering to a 5 Star family forever home. SOLD!

She is an asset to anyone's home for a wonderful ride/drive partner and for the discerning breeder.

She is open and ready to breed this Spring to a deserving Stallion, also being open for export should someone in another Country "must have" her for easier transporting/quarantine purposes.

I will be very picky on her new home, References required.

Contact with serious interest only please.

Updated photo's, taken on April 24, 2017

Ruby has dark eyes, thick mane past her shoulders (if kept braided this mare will grow mane to the ground, forelock gets grazed off at the tip of her nose) more tail then 2 horses (I keep cutting it so it is not stepped on and ripped out, its back to the ground again in a short time) heavy feather galore. The hair monster! Sweet pint pot little head and ears, personality plus!

Very hard decision but we are offering all our Gypsies, offering our farm to downsize property (as some of you know I downsized in 2014 to offer our farm which must happen this year) with that said all horses must be sold but only to terrific homes.

She's got HAIR!                                               The day her filly was born.

Life for horses on our farm-

Our horses are used to being pampered daily, loved on twice a day at least, groomed, stalled at night mostly in winters with Vermont below zero weather, medium weight waterproof blankets during winter turn out for the ones that don't grow heavy coats to keep them dry more then warmth. (Most have alot of hair to stay warm but I feel better if their backs are dry but blankets are optional, once one starts blanketing one must continue over the winter) I usually wait as long as I feel comfortable to promote growth of heavy winter coats. During turnout they always have shelters to get in from winds/cold should they choose. They also have fresh heated water troughs during winter, Hay in front of them at all times to munch on plus grained twice daily during winter to supplement anything hay could be missing.  (Nutrena Safe Choice a low carb, high fat grain with an added Omega Oils supplement) Mineral salt blocks free choice.

Spring, Summer, Fall they have shelters to get in to if they choose for shade and/or flies, rain/wind, shelters also serve purpose to keep water troughs cool in summers.
When Grazing pastures they are taken off grain (except for babies but the get less then winter grain depending on their body condition) they get fresh cold water daily. I have had no colic issues, no sickness and when they are happy, I am happy! A new home must offer the same or better :)
My horses are very people oriented, love attention, I prefer they go to homes that are not going to turn them out to pasture and forget about them. A home that will have no issues in affording to feed and care for them properly. I will also be picky as to pastures they are kept, fencing etc. If you don't have room or they are standing in a small paddock in mud consistently, please don't contact me, thank you!
