Pasture Land (view from backyard)
Camp out back by pond, alot of work went into making this spot out back (property line is the pond out back) this picture taken from standing on hill by the last big hay shed looking down (there is a beautiful dirt road as a path to get down there with vehicles to the left, not shown in picture) camper with deck, firepit, grill shed w/flat griddle cooking area (extra pots and pans storage) additional deck for picnic table, another storage shed for compressor although electric is not far if one chooses to hook up cords or finish running to camp underground. It's a great place to hold family picnics, fishing, row boating, newly built big Dock! Secluded, peaceful and beautiful. Great place to be off the beaten path of life, great for meditation, relaxing, inspiring artists and writers. Moose have been known to come through and/or be seen drinking across pond. Canadian geese swim and teach youngsters to swim here every year.
View of house/farm from the road (new road fence posts built since these photo's using the original rails with history (rails are from old Town cemetery moved here two decades ago).
Numerous flowers gardens throughout property.

Main Barn (will be re-painted this Summer, barn red as it is starting soon) this barn has many opportunities to do alot more with (aside from and in addition to housing horses). It was an old cow barn that we turned into a beautiful horse barn. It's huge, its in great shape, pictures do it no justice, loads of more potential should someone wish to start an additional business/s from home, small store, work shops (mechanic, wood, pottery, art, or do it all) On the left is the old milk house re-done with paneling as a tack room, saddle racks, grain room. This is one entry to horse area which is complete with 10 box stalls, wood floors in stalls for horses to stand on, sliding stall doors, iron bars, corner feeders and iron hay racks. Nice cement isle way, cross ties, barn water hydrant leading to each stall with hoses from main, shavings room to collect dumped shavings by truck down from loft to be easily accessible for putting in stalls. Attached built in shed with long run paddock, additionally one stall opens up to big paddock out back. (Our Paint stallions have been in the past occupying these area's until we added Gypsies, being so docile they have resided in any of the paddocks out back which can be seen from the house. Double dutch exit door on backside of barn as one way to let horses out to pasture or in from pasture.
Manure pit easily accessible from barn isle to dump manure (roof covered exit for no snow shoveling a path) (have farmers picking it up once a year to compost) however, potential to take care of and sell compost as additional income yourselves.
(3) Straight stalls and one breeding straight stall used for AI.
Chicken coop built in with laying boxes. We have in the past had free range chickens and called into coop at night to lay eggs. Yep, animals that give groceries!
Attached building (behind utility trailer in pic) Is a huge space for storage, additional hay if needed but we have not used it for that, plenty other hay storage. I have all my horse blankets hanging in there on lines now but can be anything you want it to be. Additional work shop area? Pool table for play room? Mother in Law apartment?
Attached to that is main huge hay barn (Above stalls with hole/ladder to drop square bales down to feed) some floors have been replaced, in great shape! We have put 100 plus dry round bales and 4000 square bales inside, could put more.
(another newly built hay barn out back that holds 200 round bales) will be shown in more pictures.
Car port or tractor storage area to left of tractor with attached work shop (tractor sits in front of) Stairs from Shop lead to full upstairs area for storage or use for part of shop.
Newly built addition to shop on side. In this picture one can see part of it. Will show in more pictures.
Paddock on right side of house.
